  • Timeline: You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all retail tags securely attached.
  • Damages & Shipping Errors: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away so we can correct the issue immediately.
📦 How to Start Your Return
We make returns simple and straightforward. Please follow these two steps:
  1. Submit Your Request: Email support@fashionsenvy.com with your Full Name, Order Number, and the reason for your return.
  2. Ship Your Item: Once approved, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and a printable prepaid shipping label. Securely pack your item, attach the label, and send it to the address provided.
Note: Return requests submitted over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
🔄 Exchanges
To keep our inventory accurate and ensure you get your desired item before it sells out, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • The Process: Simply follow the standard return steps above for your original item.
  • The Fastest Route: As soon as your return is approved, place a brand new order through our store for the correct size or color.
💰 Refunds & Processing Times
  • Inspection: Once your return package arrives at our facility, we will inspect the items and notify you via email regarding your approval.
  • Payout: Approved refunds are issued automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank Delays: Please note that financial institutions can take additional time to post funds to your statement. If you do not see your refund after 15 business days from our approval email, please contact us.
